The BMW X3 and X4 models have received a mid-cycle refresh and are scheduled to make their public debut at the Chengdu Motor Show in China (27 August to 5 September) and IAA in Munich (7 to 12 September). The updates include styling revisions, onboard technology and an electrified powertrain for all variants.
The styling revisions make the car look a li’l bit sharper with new 10 mm slimmer LED headlights, new LED taillights, revised front & rear bumpers, and new wheel designs. Although the kidney grille is now larger, thankfully, it is not disproportionately huge. The X4 gets adaptive LED headlights with Matrix function as standard; Laser light is optional. The crossovers ride on 19-inch wheels as standard, while up to 21-inch wheels can be found in the options list. The M sports brakes with blue or red brake calipers are part of the M sports package.
