The tuning company has unveiled a “package” of upgrades for the high-performance crossover Audi RS Q8. Among other things, the car received a very loud exhaust sound and increased engine power.
If the standard version of the high-performance crossover Audi RS Q8 is not to your taste, foreign tuner jdengineering.nl is ready to offer its solution to this issue – a modified RS Q8 with a new exhaust system and increased engine power. It is worth noting that the standard Audi RS Q8 does an excellent job of being a comfortable luxury crossover, which is also capable of racing along the Nürburgring racetrack at incredible speeds.
The Audi RS Q8 featured in today’s video features a range of different modifications that have had a huge impact on the performance and appearance of the supercrossover.
First, after installing Stage 2 from jdengineering.nl, the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 increased to a staggering 760 horsepower (1,060 Nm). According to the representatives of the tuner, thanks to the additional power, the crossover can accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in just 3.2 seconds, and its maximum speed will be 330 km / h.
In addition to improved performance, the high-performance Audi RS Q8 has received a more efficient exhaust system. The video posted says “all filters have been removed from the tailpipe” which really improves the final sound. We can only assume that the removal of the filter included special exhaust filters used in Europe, but the catalytic converters may have been retained.
“With a slightly louder exhaust and a more powerful engine, the RS Q8 full-size crossover is more exciting than ever. The extra power makes the RS Q8 quicker, and its new exhaust system adds drama and excitement not found in the production model,” says in the official release.
