Brabus tuning studio turns Mercedes-AMG G63 into 888-horsepower rocket

Brabus 900 Rocket Edition became a supercar based on the G-Class. This may be the most brutal G-Class in the brand’s history.

The tuning studio from Germany has released a new limited series Brabus 900 Rocket. The novelty embodies absurd power levels and phenomenal acceleration. The supercar came out in a limited edition. The tuning company intends to build only 25 cars in this series, which is officially called the Brabus 900 Rocket Edition. Each will cost 571,270 euros.

This supercar received a redesigned V8 engine with an increased displacement of up to 4.5 liters. The peak power of the massaging twin-turbo unit is now 900 hp. in combination with the maximum torque when driving uphill at 1250 Nm electronically limited at 1050 Nm to protect the transmission.

Brabus says the massive increase in power turns the G63 into a “thoroughbred sports car.” Acceleration from standstill to 100 km / h 900 Rocket Edition takes only 3.7 seconds before it reaches a top speed of 280 km / h with electronic control.

The tuners used several exterior improvements, including the addition of a rear spoiler, new aggressive bumpers, a massive bucket on the hood and giant 24-inch wheels. The attention to detail also seems surprising in the interior, where there is a mixture of beautiful black leather for four separate seats and carbon fiber ornaments on the dashboard, center console and door panels.
