GM Design shares a sketch of a very interesting Camaro-style SUV

A curious render was posted on GM Design’s official Instagram page. This account regularly publishes sketches of interesting models – from utility trucks to cool racing cars.

One of the latest posts shows us an unusual SUV with a daring shape. It wears the Chevrolet logo on the radiator grille, but overall is unlike any other car in the Chevy lineup.

However, the bifurcated headlights are definitely reminiscent of the Silverado 1500 pickup.

The SUV could borrow the wheel arches from the Chevrolet Blazer, and the “floating” roof he could spy on from the Trailblazer. The grille is styled in the spirit of the new Equinox.

The mysterious SUV gets a very high waistline, a slightly elongated hood, wide wheel arches and original large-diameter wheels with low-profile tires. A narrow glazing line complements the bold look. The last two aspects bring us back to the Camaro.

In the list of hashtags that accompanied the new post, the promising word “future” appears.

This may be a hint that we have a concept in front of us, which is currently in development. Our foreign colleagues from motor1.com suggested that the render shows the concept of a future Camaro crossover, ready to join the battle with the Mustang Mach-E. Whether this is so, we will find out in the future.
