Honda has unveiled the price tags and equipment of the updated sedan Civic 2022


Honda unveiled the 2022 Civic last month. The presentation assumes that at the start of sales the model will cost from $ 21,700. The novelty will appear in car dealerships from June 16.

The entry-level Civic LX will cost $ 450 more than its predecessor. The novelty will be equipped with push-button ignition, 7-inch display of the instrument cluster and 7-inch infotainment system with Android.

Drivers will also find steel wheels and a relatively basic four-speaker audio system. The sedan is equipped with driver assistance systems such as adaptive cruise control with low tracking and lane keeping assist in traffic jams.

Power is provided by a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine with 158 hp. and 187 Nm.

The Civic Sport version will be offered starting at $ 23,100. This model costs $ 50 more than its predecessor. It received a chrome exhaust system as well as 18-inch alloy wheels. Other features include a passive system, remote starter and updated upholstery. Buyers will also find an eight-speaker audio system, sports pedals and a leather steering wheel with paddle shifters.

The $ 24,700 Civic EX offers a new dual-zone automatic climate control system, heated front seats and a sunroof. The model also has heated exterior mirrors and a 60/40 folding rear seat.

Of course, the main reason for the Civic EX’s transition is its turbocharged 1.5-liter 4-cylinder that develops 180 hp. and 240 Nm of torque.

Finally, there is the excellent Civic Touring that starts at $ 28,300 or less. It is slated for a more upscale exterior with LED fog lights and unique 18-inch alloy wheels.

Larger changes to the cabin as the model has power front seats with leather upholstery, a 12-speaker Bose audio system with subwoofer, and a 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster. The cabin is equipped with a 9-inch infotainment system with GPS navigation. The model also has additional safety features including front and rear parking sensors, rear cross-traffic alert and rear automatic emergency braking.
