The most powerful Mercedes-Benz AMG GT Black Series is being auctioned in Florida (USA). The car traveled 18,024.65 km for the entire time, while it had two owners.
Mercedes-Benz unveiled the powerful AMG GT Black Series Coupe to the world back in 2008, and even though the car is over 10 years old, we think it still looks incredible – and one particularly beautiful example of the model is on sale in Miami, Florida, USA by Hemmings.
For the SL65 AMG Black Series, Mercedes-Benz engineers replaced all exterior body panels except doors and rearview mirrors.
The car is immediately distinguished by the flared front and rear wheel arches, which are more like the ones that various tuning studios like to install, rather than what rolls off the automaker’s assembly line. Overall, the SL65 AMG Black Series wheels were 4.5 inches wider at the front and 4.1 inches wider at the rear.
This particular example of a German coupe is painted steel gray. It is estimated that 175 of the 350 produced were exported to the United States, and this particular vehicle had an original manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $ 304,350. It has had two owners since then and currently has 18,024.65 kilometers on the odometer; its price is now $ 397,500.
Under the hood of the SL65 AMG Black Series is a 6.0-liter V12 twin-turbo engine with aluminum block and heads producing 661 hp. power at 5400 rpm and 1000 Nm of torque from just 2200 rpm. It can accelerate to 100 km / h in about 3.6 seconds and reach a top speed of 320 km / h.
Not so long ago, AutoTimesNews wrote that the Mercedes-AMG E63 S looks spectacular with 21-inch wheels. Photos of the high-performance Mercedes-AMG E63 S sedan have been posted online with a set of Barracuda Ultralight Series 2.0 wheels measuring 21 × 9 inches at the front and 21 × 10.50 inches at the rear.
