Danish supercar builder’s expansion plan aims to increase volume and enter the US market.
The TSR-GT uses a much more powerful engine alongside aero enhancements that include a longer rear wing and an aero wheel disc cover. The twin supercharged (yes, twin) V8 has a displacement of 5.8 liters and produces a whopping 1,360 horsepower. The flat aircraft engine compatible with E85 fuel produces an extra 183 hp compared to the output found on the standard TSR-S.
Thanks to the longer final drive of the in-house helical-cut dog-link transmission, it can reach an electronically managed top speed of 424 km/h (263 mph). As a refresher, the track-oriented TSR-S maxed out at “only” 202 mph (325 km/h).
A brand new model is scheduled to hit the market in the third quarter of 2023. Zenvo says it will use a twin-electric turbocharged V12 to produce 1,360 hp, and an electric motor to boost combined output to 1,500 hp or possibly more. at 1,800 hp.
